About Thinkwell Therapy
Thinkwell Therapy is an independent practice led by Natasha Lansley-Bryant, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
We provide ADHD assessments and therapy for adults, delivered online and, where agreed, face-to-face.
Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming. ADHD is understood as a difference in how the brain works. Assessment aims to provide clarity, understanding and practical recommendations.
We adhere to BABCP’s professional and ethical standards at all times.
Crisis & Urgent Support
We do not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, contact:
- NHS 111
- 999 in an emergency
- Or attend A&E accident and emergency
ADHD assessments and therapy appointments are not designed to manage crisis situations.
Contact & Communication
Email: [email protected]
We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.
Email is used for practical matters such as appointments and invoices. Clinical advice and therapeutic discussions take place during scheduled sessions.
ADHD Assessment Process
The assessment process may include:
- A structured clinical interview
- Review of childhood and current experiences
- Standardised questionnaires
- Collateral information, where appropriate
- Review of relevant documentation
Following completion, you will receive a written report outlining:
- Whether diagnostic criteria are met
- A clear explanation of findings
- Recommendations for support
A diagnosis cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes are based on recognised diagnostic criteria and clinical evidence.
