Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
by Thinkwell Therapy
Evidence-based therapy with a calm, traditional touch.

Natasha Lansley-Bryant
I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and former NHS nurse. I offer practical, structured therapy for anxiety, PTSD, depression and related challenges—available in person or securely online. I believe mental health is something we all have, and that with the right support, we can find new ways to cope and move forward. My role is to help you relieve distress and build confidence in managing life’s challenges.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” – it’s about being heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful change. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
On my blog, I explore Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and how this evidence-based approach helps people understand the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I share insights into how challenging negative thinking patterns can build healthier coping strategies, reduce anxiety and depression, and support long-term mental wellbeing.

What it costs
