About Natasha

Hi, I’m Tash, a BABCP-accredited CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and the founder of Thinkwell Therapy. People often ask what led me into therapy, and the honest answer is: people. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how we tick, how our pasts shape us, and how, with the proper support, we can change unhelpful patterns and live fuller, calmer lives.

I’m fully accredited and trained in delivering evidence-based CBT, and I’ve worked across NHS and private settings, supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodiversity (including ADHD). But more than the qualifications, what really matters to me is connection. I work with warmth, honesty, and a bit of humour when it fits; therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. I want you to feel safe, understood, and like we’re figuring things out together.

Credentials

Approach

CBT done well: assessment, formulation, and focused treatment. I’m practical, structured, and kind — and I won’t waste your time.

Personal

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me by the sea, walking my dog Darcy (a sassy little chihuahua), or paddleboarding badly. I value balance and restoration in my own life. Time by the sea is a particular passion of mine; it brings clarity, refreshment, and perspective, which I believe are just as vital for mental well-being as any structured intervention. This balance informs the compassion, steadiness, and resilience I bring into my work with clients.
